Hopewind, a global leader in renewable energy solutions, successfully showcased its latest range of high-performance string inverters at the Renewable Energy India Expo (REI 2024), held from 3rd to 5th October 2024. The event saw the participation of industry leaders and professionals from across the solar energy spectrum, and Hopewind took center stage with its advanced products designed to meet the growing energy demands of India.
At REI 2024, Hopewind presented its cutting-edge portfolio, including the Utility 320-385kW String Inverter, Utility 250kW String Inverter, C&I 100/110kW String Inverter, 3-10kW Residential On-grid Inverter,and the 1500V String Power Conversion System 186-250kW. These innovations are designed to deliver enhanced efficiency, reliability, and scalability, catering to diverse applications ranging from utility-scale to commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Let’s highlight the world’s most powerful 385kW string inverter. Hopewind’s groundbreaking 385kW string inverter offers the highest nominal power output for utility-scale PV solutions. Its advanced cooling system ensures full power operation without derating at ambient temperatures up to 40°C and can still reach a power output of 320kW at 50°C, making it ideal for India’s hot climate. This boosts power generation and reduces the levelized cost of energy (LCOE). The inverter also features PLC communication, a PID recovery function, and a built-in SPD module.
During this expo, Hopewind also showcased its latest energy storage solutions, power conversion system 186-250kW and Turnkey PCS station. The system has passed IEC62477, IEC61000 and EN50549 certifications. Hopewind PCS features modular design for high maintainability and reduced MTTR, single battery rack management to avoid single point of failure and compatibility with new and old batteries. It has IP66 protection, tailored anti-corrosion solutions, and no derating at 45℃ and 3000m altitude. With grid-forming technology, complete communication methods, 99% max efficiency, pure sine wave output, and power factor from -1 to 1, it’s grid and load friendly.
