KTET 2024 Registration: The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan will today begin the online registration-cum-application process for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) November 2024 exam. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the KTET exam at the official website — ktet.kerala.gov.in.

As per the official notice, candidates can apply for KTET November exam till November 20. Once the application windows conclude, the admit cards for KTET will be released on January 8.

Step 1: Go to the official website of Kerala TET — ktet.kerala.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate towards the KTET November 2024 registration link.

Step 3: Enter the personal information required by the Bhavan and complete the registration process.

Step 4: Login to your account, and then fill out the KTET November application form with the required details.

Step 5: Upload the required documents, and make payment of the application fee.

Step 6: Submit your form, and save the application form for future reference.

The exam will be held on January 18 and 19, 2025 in two shifts — the first shift of KTET will begin at 10 am and end at 12:30 pm. The second shift will be held between 2 and 4:30 pm.

Application fee for KTET is Rs 500 for all general candidates. For candidates from the SC, ST and differently-abled category, the application fee is Rs 250.

The exam will be held in pen and paper mode. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes for 150 marks. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Each paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions based on the category.

KTET is conducted for categories 1, 2, 3 and 4. Category 1 covers classes 1 to 5, classes 6 to 8 are covered by category 2, category 3 covers classes 8 to 10 and category 4 is for language teachers — Arabic, Urdu, Sanskrit, Hindi (up to upper primary level). Specialist teachers and physical education teachers are also covered by category 4.
