The University of Cincinnati will waive its application fee in celebration of its 2024 homecoming weekend.
Through Sunday, Oct. 20, the school will waive the $50 for any undergraduate applicant, to any campuses and programs.
The university saw a record-high 53,235 students attending the fall 2024 semester.
According to the school, this is a 4.5% increase from last year.
"As universities around Ohio and across the country see enrollment drops, the University of Cincinnati is continuing to grow, seeing an 10,000 student increase over just the past decade," said Jack Miner, vice provost of enrollment management.
The university will also waive the application fee for any transfer student applying to the Uptown, Clermont, and Blue Ash campuses, from Oct. 21 through Oct. 25, as part of National Transfer Student Week.
According to UC, more than 2,000 students transferred to the school this fall.
The school has students from all 50 states, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, plus students from more than 125 countries across the world.
